At Prologue, our Health Coaching programmes usually span 8 to 12 sessions over three to four months. By the end of your programme, you will own the skills and confidence needed to continue your new habits. You may also continue to engage with your health coach on an ad hoc basis.
Each health coaching session typically lasts 45 minutes to an hour. We also offer ‘micro-sessions’ (30 minutes) to support you with specific issues that may arise during your health coaching programme.

Other than the many machine services to help with various issues such as DR, weak pelvic floor muscles and loose skin, they also have trained nutritionist and physiotherapist to help provide a holistic recovery experience!
