How Will A Health Coaching Session Look Like?

At Prologue, our Health Coaching programmes usually span 8 to 12 sessions over three to four months. By the end of your programme, you will own the skills and confidence needed to continue your new habits. You may also continue to engage with your health coach on an ad hoc basis.

Each health coaching session typically lasts 45 minutes to an hour. We also offer ‘micro-sessions’ (30 minutes) to support you with specific issues that may arise during your health coaching programme.

Each week of your health coaching journey is designed to build upon the last, ensuring progressive improvements in key areas while providing ongoing support.

  • Health Coaching: One long session (20-30 minutes) & One short session (15 minutes) + SMART goal setting
